Overview
While working at NickelFox, I led the development of a resource management platform designed to track workload distribution across departments, projects, and designations. Built with ReactJS, the tool provides visibility into resource allocation, billable/non-billable hours, and skill mapping—supported by dynamic charts for better decision-making. In addition to building the UI, I managed the frontend team, conducted code reviews, and ensured smooth collaboration and high-quality output throughout the project lifecycle.
Under the hood
Resource Management runs on 2 core technologies. Here's the role each one plays in the build.
Next.js
Next.js handles routing and server rendering, which keeps pages fast to load and easy for search engines to index.
More of my Next.js workReact
React powers the interface as reusable components, which keeps complex UI predictable as it grows.
